Users can link an existing record, such as a Task or Order, directly within a conversation, ensuring relevant communication context and easier decision-making.

- quick exchange of information between field teams and back office
- sending images, documents, or comments in real time
- creating topic-based groups by client, project, or department
Access and usage of the chat module depends on
