Reading Reports and understanding data

Logsteer has operational reports that collectively contribute to the effective utilization. They enable data-driven decision-making by offering insights into order progress, creation trends, employee performance, and account priorities. Through these visualizations, you can enhance your understanding of critical aspects of your business and implement strategies to optimize processes and outcomes.

  • Product Line Efficiency. This report provides a visual representation of the progress of Orders within Logsteer. It features two lines, each representing a different status: "In Progress" and "Done". The lines showcase the number of Order Line Items associated with orders in each respective status.This report offers a quick and intuitive way to monitor the distribution of orders across these two critical stages, aiding in efficient tracking and management.
  • Sales Momentum. This report offers insights into the historical pattern of Order creation within specified time periods. It employs bars to represent the total count of orders generated. This report allows you to visualize the flow of orders over time, enabling you to identify trends, peak periods, and variations in order creation task.
  • Busiest Employees. This report focuses on evaluating Employee performance by aggregating their tasks and order creation metrics. The report is divided into sections, each representing an individual employee. The quantities displayed represent the cumulative sum of all tasks, regardless of their status, alongside the count of orders they have created. This report facilitates an assessment of employee contributions and workload distribution.
  • Biggest Accounts. The Top Accounts by Order volume report highlights the accounts with the highest number of orders. It features sections that represent the top 10 accounts, providing a clear overview of which accounts are generating the most orders. By focusing on order volume, this report aids in identifying key accounts and potential areas for strategic engagement and growth.
  • Most Frequently Used Products. This diagram displays a visual representation of the Products that are most commonly utilized within your org. It helps users identify and understand which products are frequently accessed or employed in workflows.
  • Most Common Suppliers. This diagram illustrates the suppliers that are frequently utilized in your org. It provides a visual representation, to show users which suppliers are most commonly involved in processeses or transactions.
  • Time Spent Per Task. This report provides a detailed breakdown of employees' time allocation across various Tasks within the order processing system. The report consists of columns displaying employee names, different tasks involved in order flows, and the corresponding time spent on each task.

Other methods for analysis

In addition to the predefined reports mentioned earlier, users have the capability to go deeper into Logsteer data by employing advanced filters. These filters allow users to customize analyses across multiple entities, providing a more granular and tailored perspective on the data.

Dynamic Time Periods

One of the primary capabilities of advanced filtering is the ability to select dynamic time periods. Users can define specific date ranges for their analyses, enabling them to zoom in on particular timeframes of interest. For example, when examining the "Product Line Efficiency" report, users can adjust the time period to analyze the Order data for the last two weeks, specific months, or quarters.

Entity-Based Filtering

Users can apply filters based on different entities within the Logsteer. For instance, when exploring the "Busiest Employees" report, users can choose to filter the data based on specific Employees or employee groups. This allows for a focused analysis of employee Tasks and Order creation within the chosen context.

Combination Filters

Users have the flexibility to combine multiple filters to refine their analyses further. This might involve filtering by time period, employee, and order status simultaneously. Such combinations empower users to extract highly specific and actionable insights from their Logsteer data.
